Cade Ortego & The Mood Swings are a Nashville based band that formed in 2023. While they may be young, the Mood Swings are most inspired by the Motown-Soul era in the 60's and early 70's. They are a 6-piece band that includes a horn section and back-up vocals. Offering a full sound that is both nostalgic and current, the Mood Swings mix genres such as Soul, Pop, and R&B. They have never failed to get a crowd dancing due to their catchy melodies and electric stage presence.
In February 2025, they will release their debut single “Sophia”. Following this anticipated release, the band will release their first EP. During these releases, Cade Ortego & The Mood Swings will continue to travel around the South, impressing everyone that hears their music.
